Okay....
This is what you do...

Go to any of your Vietnamese search engines...
Such as http://tw.yahoo.com/ ...  But this is for Taiwanese...
I couldn't find Yahoo for Vietnam...
But I am sure that there are other search engines besides Yahoo for Vietnamese...

When you visit those search engines, you will see a link to submit URL/site/homepage...
Click there and you will be asked to enter a URL, which is http://starjiwoo.fanpy.com/ for Star Jiwoo...  And enter description about the site...  Write something people can easily know what the homepage is about...  Like..."This is Choi, Ji Woo's homepage in Korea" but in Vietnamese, of course...  And submitting Star Jiwoo to search engines should be free...  Always choose free submission...  Don't choose the ones where you have to pay...  It isn't necessary...

It will take about one month for the submitted URL to be listed on the search engine...
When it is listed, it will let more Vietnamese fans find Star Jiwoo....
