Well, discussions with all parties, I am kind of skeptical of who they are and their respective identities.

Wonder whether the fraudster is a party in the discussion or a mere "topic of discussion". Also curious to know whether Sidus has its in-house legal counsel present in the meetings? Given that CJW has already had a "misrepresentation" case against some newspapers, Sidus should consider not to be too litigatious in this matter, however, a legal representation is eminent. At the same time, it is important to send a clear and loud warning message to the perpetrators of fraud that Sidus & CJW are serious about this matter. Likewise, it is critical to point out to the relevant parties that similar actions in future cases will be interpreted as misrepresentation that constitues a fraudulent practice which Sidus/CJW may take remedial action against the relevant parties.
