I do not think YCT is a professor. He appears to be a PhD student and work as a teaching assitant. May be also a tutor for foreign literature studies. But one thing puzzle me, if he is teaching foreign literature, why is he reading all the foreign literatures in Korean? Strange? Is that how the Korean learning foreign literatures?

BTW, I always have this impression of CJW resembling the character of Thomas Hardy's Tess of D'Urbervilles. I guess in this drama, she has successfully broken away from traces of Tess, albeit initially when the drama begins.

She now takes on more of role of Jane Austen's Emma of Emma i.e.witty and a bit funny, rather than Elizebeth of Pride and Prejudice. In this drama, I also find traces of some "Little Women" pettiness of Louisa May Alcott being instilled into Lee Mari.
