Its sad to know that the house of your childhood days is going to give way to a new house your uncle is planning to build, but like you've mentioned : Those in the past have passed and will remain as beautiful memories. There is a long period ahead of you and you can and should start creating new and more wonderful memories to be remembered in the future. Let me borrow a phrase from Jiwoo's Winter Love Story - A house is just a physical structure that provides shelter for your family. What is more important is the foundation of love that is laid in your heart - the love not only for your lover but to all your loved ones. So don't be too bothered by the past.
