So, we blocked the comment of freeboard which non-login members post from 11pm to 8am.
In addition, about foreigner board, so many spams are posted on foreigner board.
So, we block non login comment of foreigner board for the time being.

2 years ago, we tried to block the spams at the renewal of Starjiwoo.
But, Starjiwoo HP was made a long time ago, so we couldn't upgrade the new program.
Because of such situation, we think we make a new homepage which is strong, not renewal.
If we start to make it, we need time of some months.
Meanwhile, we want to delete the spams as soon as possible without blocking
the non login comment.
But, we will block the non login comment if our staff show signs of distress.
