news. However, you must be busy and tired. So, please do remember
to relax. Einstain rule A: take rest before tired out. Maybe you need
only one hour of running in field, or swimming, or, singing and
dancing.

Next time when finish writing, select the text, right click the mouse
and click on "Copy". Then, if you got error in processing and lost  
letter, all you need to do is right click the mouse and click on "Paste".
