<TVONE Exclusive> Choi, JiWoo's.. Special Birthday Party

This year, in her 28th birthday, Choi, JiWoo celebrated a very special birthday party with her fanclub, 'Starjiwoo'.

She received many people's love with her female lead role in last year's most popular drama, 'Winter Sonata', and she received much respect as a movie star with the movie, 'Romantic President'.  To share all of her love, received from the many fans of hers, with her neighbors (community), she rolled back her sleeves and raised a rice scoop in her hand.

Her image of greeting and serving rice to the 1,000 elderly at the JongMyo Park charity event was not just that of a pretty face, but exactly that of a beautiful angel.

Although she looked tired from sweat, sore hands, and backache, her face was smiling from beginning to end.  When asked, "Aren't you tired", "How did you come about doing this?" she answered embarrassingly with a shy hand gesture, which left us with an even greater impression.

It's been 7 months since 'Starjiwoo' participated in this charity event of serving free food to the eldery.  The fans wanted to share their love for JiWoo with the community around them.

One of the members quoted, "It was joyful being able to serve lucnch to the eldery at the JongMyo Park every week," then in a lingering tone, "But, when we run out of food with the long line still there, we feel terribly sorry and sad."  Perhaps by loving and caring for JiWoo, their heart has become as beautiful as that of JiWoo's.  No, to be more precise, perhaps because of them, the name, Choi, JiWoo feels more beautiful.

One of the eldery who was served with the tasty meal, Oh, GuemLae grandmother(68), said, "It was even more tasty because a star often seen on TV served for us in person," and added, "Not only her face is pretty, but her heart is even prettier."  Kim, JungMyung grandfather(72) asked of JiWoo to, "Be healthy and do your best in your field of work."

On this day, JiWoo was tired from serving a total of 700 servings and 300 soup noodle.  After the event, she held a small interview session amongst her Starjiwoo fanclub members, announcing that she will soon be back in front of the audience after the long break since the movie, "Romantic President".
