I heard our friend Jude and Wook in Canada tried their best to prevent the Travel Agency from doing this, as well as Sidus and Ji-Woo's managers... They went to their site and called them, but they deleted Jude's posts, and even blocked her out of their site. Like Wook mentioned in his recent post, it looks like they knew what they were doing: 'pulling a dirty scam'

Well, some clarification. I guess I should at least clear this. We didn't go to the travel agency site. They didn't have a BBS for us to post. We posted the notice on one of the most popular drama sites, which was promoting the tour. Unfortunately, the over zealous operator thought it was a prank msg and deleted it. Yes, I did get ban from ever posting there again. Not that it would bother me since I rarely do. We were just hoping that some fans taking the tour may have seen the notice.
JW/SW, I guess it’s easy to say what SIDUS should do and shouldn't do. We just did our part as requested and they have handled the matter with discussions with all the party involved. I understand that the matter has been resolved as of today. Hopefully, no such issues in future.
Jake, glad to see you are back. I’m waiting for OLD BOY!!

Well, discussions with all parties, I am kind of skeptical of who they are and their respective identities.
Wonder whether the fraudster is a party in the discussion or a mere "topic of discussion". Also curious to know whether Sidus has its in-house legal counsel present in the meetings? Given that CJW has already had a "misrepresentation" case against some newspapers, Sidus should consider not to be too litigatious in this matter, however, a legal representation is eminent. At the same time, it is important to send a clear and loud warning message to the perpetrators of fraud that Sidus & CJW are serious about this matter. Likewise, it is critical to point out to the relevant parties that similar actions in future cases will be interpreted as misrepresentation that constitues a fraudulent practice which Sidus/CJW may take remedial action against the relevant parties.

Earlier, I have suggested to immediately make a clarification on Japanese media and newspaper. Announcement on website really won't receive efficacy, especially when considering not all those tourists visit websites. I really hope JW's agency learn lessons. Anytime when need to make clarifications, please through newspaper and meida first. Do active and good job in protecting JW. Please.
