I think this is what these message meant. I read this from Soompi :

SBS 'chun gook eh gye dahn - heaven's stairs' will be broadcasted in 10 countries across Asia.

The hit drama which surpassed 40% viewership in Korea will be shown in Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and more.

Taiwan's gtv will show the drama during its prime time slot of 10pmstarting on 4.21.04. Philippine's gma, and Singapore's media works channel will show the drama around the same time.  The other countries are currently working out it's schedule and contract with SBS which is expected to be completed by April.  

The drama is expected to be one of the all-time top-grossing korean dramas.


Yippee!  We will be able to watch STH as soon as April!

Thanks, Arielle. This is really a good news. However, I am not in those area. I've already called yesasia to work on the subtitled DVD/VCD of STH. Keep on waiting and waiting!

yeahh iam not in taht area as well...
but i cant stand watching Jiwoo once a week..i'll better to buy the VCD or DVD version...

Hi all, I'm so happy for our princess that STH will be showing in so many countries about the same time. So far none of the drama serial has such an honour like STH. Congrats to our princess for the success and looking forward anxiously too for STH's VCD/DVD (Mandarin/Korean Version) to be out in market for sale.

Thnx arielle. Im new here and im glad abt the news that STH will be aired here n d Phils in the same network that aired WLS. I can't wait for that. BTW, WLS really gained popularity here & skyrocketted ratings over rival station.
