<ELLE Magazine article translation> Paris Galliano extend an invitation to Choi Jiwoo! Part.1

to translate it. (I'll try to...^^')But since it's very long and hard to translate (I have to go to school too.^^;), I will
divide the article into five parts and translate in order.
So it'll take (much) time. And the translation might not be that perfect. Because it's totally my personal translation
so it's often really hard to select a suitable words in English. Hope all of you don't mind.^^
If you guys don't need the translation, please tell me. I'll stop it.

난생처음 파리를 방문한 최지우가 트레이드마트인 ‘청순가련’의 이미지를 벗고 퇴폐적인 관능을 입었다. 카메라 앵글 밖에선 ‘이상한 나라의 앨리스’가 되어 낭만의 도시를 모험하고, 카메라 셔터 소리엔 붉은 장미처럼 매혹적인 향기를 발산하는 요부로 변신했는가 하면 갈리아노의 초대를 받았던 디올 컬렉션에 드레스가 아닌 경쾌한 청바지 차림으로 등장해 무수한 외신 기자들의 소포트라이트를 받기도 했다. 그녀와 3박 4일의 시간을 함께 한 ‘파리 남자’ 심우찬의 기록은, 우리에겐 ‘말라깽이’ 여배우일 뿐인 평범한 그녀가 아시아의 ‘지우히메’로로 추앙받게 된 작은 단서를 말해준다.
Choi Jiwoo who visited Paris for the first time in her life removed the image of 'pure and innocent' (which is her
trade mark) and wore decadent glamour.
Out of the camera angle, she becomes 'Alice in Wonderland' and adventures upon the romantic city. But in the camera shutter sound, she disguised herself as an enchantress (a siren) who emits a charming scent like a red rose.
And when she received an invitation of Galliano, she appeared in the Dior Collection by the light jeans attired which
is not a dress and received infinite foreign news journalists' spotlights. The 'Paris man' Sim UChian's (a fashion
columnist, who had the time for three nights and four days with Choi Jiwoo) approval record shows the small key to how that Choi Jiwoo who was a common 'skinny person' actress at us became and is held in respect now as 'Jiwoohime' way in Asia.
엘르 코리아 편집장으로부터 전화가 왔다. 밀라노 컬렉션에서 만난 엘르 일본판 편집장이 ‘최지우 촬영’에 대해 듣자마자(사진도 보지 않은 채 무조건) 리프트 신청을 했는데, 일본어가 되는 내가 아예 최지우 인터뷰 기사를 같이 쓰는 것이 어떠냐는 것이었다. 후지 텔레비전과 NHK가 <천국의 계단>과 <아름다운 날들>을 방영하는 일본의 토요일은 당분간 ‘최지우의 요일’이 될 것이라는 말을 들었는데, 이 아시아의 ‘지우히메’가 갈리아노의 초청을 받고 디올의 컬렉션에 참석한다는 것이다. 더욱이 그녀는 유럽의 다른 나라는 자주 방문했음에도, 내가 살고 있는 도시 파리는 한 번도 방문한 적이 없다고 했다. 이처럼 흥미진진한 취재거리가 또 어디 있을까. 물론 편집장에 대한 나의 대답은 YES였다!
I received a (tele)phone call from the ELLE Korea chief editor. The ELLE Japanese version chief editor who met by Milano Collection asked for lift application as soon as they heard about 'Choi Jiwoo photographing' (though they didn't even see the pictures, just unconditionally). So the Korea chief editor said how it is to write Choi Jiwoo interview report together from the start. I heard that it should become 'the day of the week of Choi Jiwoo' for a while on Saturday of Japan which is now broadcasting <Stairways to Heaven> and <Beautiful Days> from Hugi television an NHK.
And this 'Jiwoohime' of Asia received an invitation of Galliano and will participate in the Collection of Dior.
Besides she have never visited Paris (where I, Sim UChian live) before though she have visited in other countries in Europe very well. Where could I find like this kind of interesting news item? Without question, my reply to the chief editor was definitely YES!
