Hi Jake!

Hey, this is great... we're "in-touch".  I know what it's like being in a new
semester and life is always busy at the start of the year.  Especially, if you're
in school ...it's quite hard to get on. I've been there before.... but looking at
the postings you'd sent, you sure know how to manage your time.  Keep up
the good work!  I think Houston isn't that bad after all.  Think positve and keep
yourself busy doing things you like.....you will be alright.

You know, it's good that you're proud of your heritage. Being where you are
now doesn't matter as long as you know your roots.  I'm born and bred in
S'pore and have lived here all my life.  I'm proud of the success S'pore has
achieved even though it is such a small island country.  I've done a bit of
travelling to countries but never been to America or Hawaii...so I'm  not  in
Hawaii!   Trying to save enough to go to, probably, Korea, next....may be after
the World Cup wind down.....less crowded and it'll a bit cheaper!  So, have you
gone back to Korea yet?  Let me know.  May be you can give some travelling
tips.  I got interested on any stuff about korea since K-dramas (korean dramas)
hit S'pore.  Plus,  our local tv station is also airing Arirang TV ( a korean infomation program).   These have made me think of going to Korea, next, ...hopefully.
