Site manager said,
It is a problem of a server company. If only the problem be able to solve, former condition restoration is possible immediately.

But, complete restoration takes more much time, thus at first I open a temporary bulletin board.
I use this bulletin board until restoration. Please use this bulletin board every fan equally, foreign countries fan, domestic fan.
Sorry for inconvenient to everybody for a while.
