Busan is a nice place, 活気の有る市場や静かな環境にマンションが沢山建つ、海雲台辺りを...Haeyundae beach, mountains , and the market, PIFF square etc
all sceneries. I went there last April from Fukuoka,after 3 hours' ferry ride. Very refreshing and nice city for tourists. From there you can travel to many cities e.g. Weisan, Gyeongjiu, Seoul, or to the outlying islands.
